REGULATIONS

 

 

Article 1 - It is announced and institutionalized the Prize International Mecenate "FAIR PLAY", managed and organized from the Association International Prize "FAIR PLAY Mecenate”.

The Association International Prize "FAIR PLAY Mecenate" is adherent to the Italian National Committee FAIR PLAY.

 

Article 2 - The purpose and the objective of such demonstration is that to assign some Recognitions to important and meaningful characters e/o National and International Sporting Institutions for initiatives and behaviors of relief in sporting sectors and in all of this that unites the sporting practice in all of his components to the civil society and that they represent values of moral high-level in the specific sector of the Fair Play and in some connected specific sections.

The qualification will be assigned to the prize winners of "Ambassador of the FAIR PLAY" from the Directive Council of the Italian National Committee Fair Play, with center in Rome, Olympic Stadium, Tribuna Tevere, Ingr. 30 - 00194 Rome (Art. 12 and 13 Statute CNIFP) with the delivery of the DIPLOMA (to signature of the President and the General Secretary CNIFP), bringing back the specific Motivation and the FAIR PLAY Mecenate PIN, with a flag bringing CNIFP the Paper of the FAIR PLAY.

 

Article 3 - The Recognition consists in the delivery of a Plate in Gold, what represents the meaning of the Fair Play (the hold of the hands), the City of Arezzo (Vasari Plaza) and Mecenate figure.

 

Article 4 - The Recognitions can be assigned by the Jury to the same winner for more years, also consecutive, in different categories.

 

Article 5 - The section of the Prize institutionalized, they are the followings :

Article 6 - Further Recognitions, not anticipated to the article 5, they can be assigned, provided that the same represent meaningful value of the spirit of the FAIR PLAY and all of this that unites society civil sport or represents Special Editions.

 

Article 7 - The assignment of the Recognitions will be deliberated by a special Technical Jury of Experts, named by the Association International Prize FAIR PLAY Mecenate.

The Jury of the Prize is presided by the Gen. Gianni Gola.

The Jury of experts is composed from winning characters in the preceding editions of the Prize, from personality of managerial high-level, from managers of the principals sporting media.

The representatives are of International level and they belong to all the Continents.

 

Article 8 - Performs specific of Technical Jury of experts:

§  expression of the annual Candidacies

§  contacts direct with Institutions e/o run with the purpose to guarantee the shares and to solicit the National and International Institutions to the maximum collaboration

§  share to the evening of delivery of the Prize

§  share to the collateral events annually defined

 

Article 9 - Every member has the right to a vote and in case of parity it prevails the vote of the President.

 

Article 10 - The Jury will be reigning up to the application of individual resignations.     It will be the association Prize International Mecenate to effect its substitution or to widen the composition of the same one.

 

Article 11 - From the year 2008 is constituted a Promoting Committee, whose objective it concerns the improvement of the objectives provosts, composed from important personalities of the world of the sporting organization and from interested local exponents for competence, besides the President and to the Deputy President of the Association and from the President of the CNIFP.   The components the Committee they are individualized and selected by the Association International Prize Fair Play Mecenate.

 

Article 12 - Performs principal of the Promoting Committee:

§  To point out the fundamental trace of the edition in progress of the Prize

§  To word a project on the event

§  To point out location, collateral activity and how much necessary to the best realization of the event

 

Article 13 - From the year 2008 is founded the Committee Organizer of the Prize International Mecenate FAIR PLAY.

The structure of the Committee Organizer foresees :

§  President: President Association International Prize Fair Play Mecenate

§  Members of honor: S.E. The Prefect of Arezzo; the Representatives of the Corporate body that collaborate to the demonstration and particularly the Mayor of the City of carrying out, the President of the Province, the President of the Chamber of Commerce, the Manager of the Agency of the Tourism, the Manager of the Association Dealers; the principal Military Authorities that have been collaborating for years in the organization

§  Members: Representatives of the Corporate body that collaborate to the demonstration, Representatives of the City of carrying out of the demonstration, journalists, representatives of firms sponsor that from years they follow with attention the event, personality of the territorial sporting organization

         

Article 14 - Performs principal of the Committee Organizer, that becomes so essential element, of absolute value around the final determinations, they will be :

§  the examination of the candidacies effected by the Jury Technical and relative Ratification in the consideration of the sporting ethics of every candidate, determining of it so the finalities and the effectiveness of the choice

§  the collaboration with the association for the organization and the carrying out of the public ceremony of delivery of the prizes

§  the proposition of new fit initiatives to improve the project exposed by the Promoting Committee

§  the active share to the realization of the event

 

Article 15 - The association International Prize FAIR PLAY Mecenate provide to also name a Secretary that will participate in the reunions of the Jury and he will compile the Record, that will be undersigned from the President or from his Deputy and from the Secretary

 

Article 16 - The prize will be assigned ONLY if the Prize Winner will be guaranteed to the ceremony of delivery.

 

Article 17 - Some economic remuneration won't be recognized to the prize winners.  The association provide only to sustain the inherent expenses the trip, the food and the lodging.

 

Article 18 - The association Prize International Mecenate can found specific Errands of Study and Technical Committees, for better operating in the specific sectors of the organization, of the proposition and of the management of the demonstration.

 

Article 19 - The association Prize International Mecenate can found a Committee of Honor and a Honorary President, whose approval will be arranged with the representatives of the Committee Organizer.

 

Article 20 - On the occasion of the ceremony of delivery of the FAIR PLAY Prizes Mecenate, the association contextually can promotes one "TORCH AGAINST THE VIOLENCE IN THE SPORT" for a greater sensitization, whose dedication will concern special moments or characters in the sporting and social circle.  Will be effected therefore also the lighting of the BRAZIER OF THE PEACE that will stay turned on the occasion of the whole evening of delivery.

 

Article 21 - The delivery of Recognitions it will happen in the month of June or July (in the impossibility of execution will be moved a month of September) and in that occasion will be promoted and organized an Evening of Frill.
