A woman with a heart of gold. That is what you can say about Anastasia Davydova, who won five Olympic gold medals and innumerable World and European titles.
Kind in the feature, with the same delicacy that in water moves her specialty, synchronized swimming, Anastasia combines her being a standard-bearer at the Olympic Games in London with the managerial commitment. She is graduated in economics and her objective is the social integration of former athletes. An aspect which until today, in the excitement of competition and of result, few have thought of. It is not like this for Anastasia, who has decided to serve Russian sport, thinking not only about a way to increase the number of athletes, but also to the moment in which the spotlight begins to dim.
With these gifts, and with this great sensibility, who else could receive the appointment of General Secretary of the Russian Olympic Committee?
